Diamond Eye Performance Exhaust System for 1999-2003.5 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel K4318A-RP

This exhaust system is correct for your 1999-2003.5  Ford Powerstroke Diesel (F250/F350) and fits all cab and bed lengths. This exhaust is 4" Aluminized and comes with clamps for installation.

Installation of New Performance System (Hint: Do not fully tighten any clamps until the complete system is installed and aligned.) 1) From under the truck, install the down pipe (120005) with the stock band clamp to the turbo. 2) Hang the muffler in the stock location using the hanger clamp (445018) on the outlet. This determines the placement of the rest of the system. 3) Install the s-pipe (120004) onto the outlet of the down pipe (120005). Install the hanger clamp (445002) in the stock hanger location. 4) Measure between the outlet of the s-pipe (120004) and the inlet of the muffler. Add 5” to this measurement for the slipjoints. Cut the straight pipe (400048) to fit. Install the cut pipe (400048) between the s-pipe (120004) and the muffler with a clamp at front (444000) and a clamp (444000) on the muffler inlet. Install the hanger clamp (445018) in the stock location near the front of the intermediate pipe (400048). 5) Install the first section tail pipe (121025) into the outlet of the muffler using the hanger clamp already installed. Rotate the pipe as needed to pass next to the shock absorber and over the rear axle. 6) Install the second section tail pipe (121026) into the outlet of the first tail pipe (121025) with a clamp (444000). Rotate as needed to level the outlet behind the rear tire. Attach the hanger clamp (445001) in the stock location. 7) Starting at the converter, align and tighten all the pipes and clamps. Start the engine and check for leaks.
